The fitness bootcamp workout is the low-cost, efficient, challenging training solution which is continually gaining popularity among both professionals and laypersons. I have seen bridal bootcamps on tv and been slightly motivated to lose the weight before my wedding, It seems a bit to intimidating for me, but an all women group might make me feel more comfortable. Especially a group like bridal bootcamp where all the women are there for the same goal, we are working towards the same thing and so I wouldn’t feel out of place or worried about what everyone else is thinking as much.
Seriously? There are bridal bootcamps? Ugh! It’s a shame that I never had the chance to join one before my wedding. I had to starve myself to look beautiful in my wedding dress! But yeah, I gained all the weight back about a couple of months after my wedding. I blame our cruise honeymoon and its 24/7 buffet.
So I recently joined a fitness bootcamp and I can personally vouch for its efficiency and effectiveness. I also know what you mean by “muscle soreness after classes one or two”. I didn’t want to take Advil so I just went for a massage.
I love how I have a “drill sergeant” for a trainer. He really pushes me hard! But he’s also very encouraging and I think that’s a must for every trainer. Trainers should also encourage achievements at the fitness bootcamp. That’s another motivational push.
I like the idea of different group bootcamps. I feel like i would have more in common with people who were all trying to achieve the same goal as me (post pregnancy weight loss). Although fitness bootcamp is deriving its inspiration from the military establishment, it does not mean that it would be following the same pattern of training and techniques. In most cases, programs are adjusted to average guys without sacrificing overall results.
I am so glad that I am now part of a fitness bootcamp and so far i achieved almost all of my goals. Other members of my group are so supportive of each other and by the time we will no more be here, we are planning to put up a support system.
This is really cool. I once attended a military training when I was just a teen so I think I won’t have a problem with this fitness bootcamp. I think the only remaining problem I have is finding the time to attend such a training.
By the way, when we say bootcamp does it automatically mean that all participants are just staying in one place or can participants just have a schedule?
This fitness craze is something I do approve and appreciate. And there are now really fitness centers which incorporate aspects of the fitness bootcamp into their own menu. And that is just another manifestation that fitness bootcamp must be working for a lot of people. Hopefully, this just won’t be another fad that will soon fade as I am in love with this concept of getting healthy and slim.
