  1. If the group is so big how can the instructor offer feedback? Just the sound of bootcamp draws images of large groups. Are there multiple instructors in these things? Are there specific trainings instructors need to go through in order to teach bootcamps? I feel like it’s one thing to have training to have an individual training and a bunch of people.

  6. Just four months ago, I attended a fitness bootcamp and honestly it changed my perspective in life not just in health and fitness.
